Order Changes:

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the return process once you have received the item.

If you have successfully placed an order and still not received it while the tracking status shows it has been delivered. You want to contact the carrier to locate your luggage as once the item has been packed, we have no control over it (once it has been delivered by the carrier). Return And Refund

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
