Large hole upon arrival

The onesie is soft and comfortable, however there is a large hole in the crotch where the sewing machine didn't catch both sides of the fabric. It's nothing that I can't fix with a needle and thread, but having to repair a brand new purchase before it can be worn isn't ideal.
