Easy Return Refunds
Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- There is a 2% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can address the issue promptly.
Conditions:
The buyer is responsible for return postage. Costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 30-Day Cooling Off Period:
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have a 30-day right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at product@saneshoppe.com.
Return and Refund:
The return window can be extended during certain times of the year, like holidays. For example, from December 19 to December 31, 2024, the return window is 35 days from the delivery date.
